Our co-founders, Abby and Chalon, created The Flight School because it’s what we wished existed when we were 18. It’s our love letter to the next generation—the school of our dreams. Someday, we hope you’ll ripple what you learn here into the world. 

At The Flight School, we are all both teachers and learners. Our global community spans six continents and more than 40 countries (and growing!).

• Spontaneously talking together for two hours after a session because the conversation is too compelling to end

• Hearing a challenge someone is facing, listening, and then collectively working together as a community to help figure it out 

• Sharing a meal together online and learning about everyone’s favorite family recipes
