The Flight School is an opportunity to step off the expected path during the year after high school. We call it a Launch Year—to discover what truly matters. Here, you'll join courageous peers from across the globe who dare to pause, look up, and ask:
What questions ignite my curiosity?
Who are we beyond our achievements?
How might we co-create an education higher than higher ed?
This is an initiation into adulthood. It’s the gift of a year to go deeper – into what animates you, what you’re ready to let go of, and what you want to create.
For those who take the leap, we anticipate it will be the most formative learning experience of your life.
The Flight School is not for everyone. Here, you’ll be invited into a different way of being—one where your inner world matters. Discomfort is seen as a teacher, not a threat. And community is not just a support system, it’s the soil in which transformation takes root.
