Intuition
Cultivating inner knowing
A question currently animating me about the inner life/spirit is:
How my creativity can shine my inner light and color?
October 1, 2025
A question currently animating me about the outer world/universe/multiverse is:
How do Latin American communities use art to create impact?
October 1, 2025
The practices I’m finding most helpful at the moment are:
Creating Music/Art,Rest,Journaling

A moment I noticed my inner light kindled this month was:
When I was using my Portuñol to communicate with street artists and listening to their stories. Exploring how they connected the arts with themselves and how arts can be used as a means to express a silent message/awakening to others.

A moment I noticed my inner light dwindled this month was:
When I noticed how Peruvian communities and Brazilian Northwestern communities suffered from the same problem of having access to quality education and public resources. :(
Those issues seem to just increase in scope everytime I think about how we could change those realities.

Assumptions I'm examining right now are:
Happiness,Impact,Leadership,Time/Attention
October 1, 2025
I originally assumed:
I used to think it was hard to reach strangers and that they wouldn't open themselves to me.
October 1, 2025
These assumptions are changing:
Now I sense that everyone has a story to tell, and not everyone has someone to listen to them. A simple hello can change someone's day.

A moment I stepped out of my comfort zone this month was:
Playing Just Dance in the middle of a crowd of people with my host! I would never dance because I never felt I was good at dancing to do it in public. Still, with lots of courage, I got to the stage, and I had so much fun! It was one of the best nights ever.

Something that is helping me build trusting relationships here is:
Letting myself be with them.

Thank you so much for noticing during our coaching sessions that I was a little bit distant. I was having a tough week because of my work, and it made me so happy to see that someone noticed and worried about me (I already said this to you, but I love to appreciate people so!) <3

Seeing people dancing the Andian Yunza, I felt so nostalgic. Remembering how, in my childhood, I would always be excited to dance at the Quadrilhas in my city. Every time they would scream, "Hey!" while choreographing, I would immerse myself in the memories of the many times I would listen to "Balance!" and dance in the rhytim of Northeastern Forro.
