Cultivating inner knowing

A question currently animating me about the inner life/spirit is:

How can I develop the courage to connect with others and openly express my thoughts and opinions

August 31, 2025

A question currently animating me about the outer world/universe/multiverse is:

What significance does marriage hold for Gen Z communities, and is it still viewed as a lifelong commitment?

A moment I noticed my inner light kindled this month was:

After each of this month’s courageous conversations, I began to see the world from a very different perspective, which left me feeling more enlightened and inspired about my journey now and in the future.

A moment I noticed my inner light dwindled this month was:

August 31, 2025

Compassion

Engaged Empathy

Something that is helping me build trusting relationships here is:

Having honest conversations about being human has also shifted my idea of what a conversation can be, from something like an interview to a genuine exchange with friends. Our group calls have also helped me connect more deeply with others.

Your proactivity thus far in being steps ahead of the program in planning for Japan, but also checking in on me and helping me when I miss a session, has genuinely meant a lot and is inspiring me to push myself to do more. Always a pleasure and always grateful <3
