This isn't a gap year – it's a Launch Year into adulthood. It is a time to find your inner compass, your people, and your power. A space to get inspired, discover what brings you to life, and begin shaping a more humane future.

Free participation for all Fellows we select with no tuition, thanks to our generous donors

Weekly online gatherings with a diverse cohort of peers to navigate this transformational year together
Monthly coaching to support your well-being and growth, holding you accountable to your true self
