Intuition

Cultivating inner knowing

A question currently animating me about the inner life/spirit is:

Faith: how can actions and thoughts align from a spiritual perspective?

January 4, 2026

A question currently animating me about the outer world/universe/multiverse is:

How does religion shape community?

January 4, 2026

The practices I’m finding most helpful at the moment are:

Rest,Journaling

A moment I noticed my inner light kindled this month was:

During our gathering in Brazil, my heart felt so full. The conversations I had, the ideas I heard, the laughters I shared.. I felt like I was exactly where I am meant to be. I never thought that one week can change me the way this week in Agua Preta did. I am so grateful.

A moment I noticed my inner light dwindled this month was:

After my first two trips this month, I was tired. Though I was so excited to move more and see further, my physical exhaustion was obvious. This made me change many plans and spend a few days in bed. But the bright side is that I got bonus time for personal reflection so yay!

Courage

Aligning action

Assumptions I'm examining right now are:

Time/Attention,Success

January 4, 2026

I originally assumed:

I used to think that achievement is the cornerstone of success. The amount of time and attention invested in an endeavor is justified by how big the achievemnt is, or how much it means to me.

January 4, 2026

These assumptions are changing:

To be honest, I am still figuring this one out. Now I sense the importance of having a bigger picture in the background that is not just individualistic, as well as the value of adapting the definition of success depending on the context. But I am yet to see how I can apply this.

A moment I stepped out of my comfort zone this month was:

I had my very first solo trip in Morocco! I loved it. It was to Marrakesh. I also got to meet a few friends along the way. I had so much fun, and I cannot wait for more solo travels in 2026.

Compassion

Engaged Empathy

Something that is helping me build trusting relationships here is:

Following up with others and starting random conversations that turn out to be so precious and invaluable.
