What have you been going through and experiencing?
I went on a pilgrimage trip to Saudi Arabia. This 3-day spiritual experience helped me contemplate so many things like the impact of faith on community and the significance of pilgrimage in my faith. Then I transitioned to Kenya where I spent most time in nature.

A moment I noticed my inner light kindled this month was:
When I saw the Ka'aba for the first time! I experienced a rush of emotions as I witnessed the enormous number of pilgrims from all over the world, all unified and gathered in this sacred place. This reflected such a deep level of communal coherence and harmony. Loved it!

A moment I noticed my inner light dwindled this month was:
Once I arrived in Nairobi, I found out that the accomodation I booked was in an unsafe area. I spent 6 hours looking for somewhere safe and affordable where I could stay. It was my first time experiencing such a challenge / risk, but I am grateful it worked out.

Being intentionally away from technology and distractions has taught me:
The importance of patience in a fast moving world. Things like not having any digital distractions while in queues and staying away from my phone while eating helped me notice people more and appreciate every bite of my meal. I enjoyed it!
